How are you at managing sheep, working with students to design enrichment activities for our school chickens, exploring new ways to garden and grow plants, and embracing a culture of Environmental Education?

We value our semi-rural location and embrace a curriculum embedded in agriculture and environmental learning.

We are seeking an experienced teacher with multi-level teaching, and an understanding of the unique skills required for a small school would be advantageous. This 'teacher extraordinaire' will release our Principal (Tue-Thu) in our Y5-8 class of 15 amazing students. We are seeking someone who can build strong relationships with ākonga, their whānau, and the wider community.

You should bring sound pedagogical skills and an inclusive approach to education, and be willing to contribute to a close-knit team. Positivity, initiative, and a ‘can-do’ attitude are essential personal attributes.

If you are a team player and see yourself fitting into our small, but family-focused team, send us your CV and tell us about yourself.
